The Wireless Alert Range offers Low Cost Wi-Fi Sensors. This includes the Door Contact Sensor that sends a warning email when user-set conditions are met. Without ongoing charge.
These affordable devices are simple to set up, using the FilesThruTheAir mobile app. (available on Google Play and on the App Store) Simply set your alert limits/conditions. Users then enter an email address and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
Users can then leave the device to automatically monitor its specific measurement parameter(s). And users can ensure that if your set limits/conditions are met, the device will trigger. This way users will receive an email notification to your configured email address.

Features of the new Wireless Alert Sensor / data logger
Wireless Alert DC is a battery-powered sensor that sends a warning email when it senses that a door is opened or closed. Simply select your settings and connect to your Wi-Fi network using the FilesThruTheAir mobile app.
The Wireless Alert DC monitors whether a door is open or closed using a twopart door contact sensor on a 350mm cable. The device body can be secured in position using an adhesive pad (supplied).
Both parts of the door contact sensor can also be secured in place using adhesive pads (supplied), or screws (supplied). The device can be set to trigger a notification email, sent to a user selected address, if the monitored door pens, closes, or both.
The user can also configure delays (between 1 minute and 12 hours) before an alert is sent. In addition to this, the device can send a scheduled summary email detailing number of alert events, percentage of open and closed time, and battery level.
